How to access support
We welcome all enquiries.
If you or someone you know may benefit from support, please get in touch to request an assessment form so we can better understand your needs and discuss how we can help.
Due to increasing demand, some services may operate with a waiting list. We still encourage all enquiries so that individual circumstances can be assessed appropriately.
We accept:
✦ Self-referrals
✦ Family referrals
✦ Professional referrals
✦ Community referrals
Looking to self-assess?
If you are looking to take a self-assessment, please click here and complete the self-assessment form.
Once the completed forms have been returned, our team will carefully review the information provided to determine:
● The level and type of support required
● Which member of our team is best suited to support you
● The amount of support hours that can be offered weekly or monthly
As a charity service, we aim to support as many individuals as possible in a fair and effective way. This means we carefully allocate our time and resources to ensure ongoing support can be offered across all clients who access our services.
We appreciate your patience during this process and look forward to supporting you where we can.
We understand that professionals supporting vulnerable individuals and families may sometimes require additional guidance, support pathways, or trauma-informed consultation.
