Our services
Trauma-informed support for individuals, families, and communities — wherever you are in your journey.
Our services are designed around the person, not the problem. Whether you're navigating addiction, trauma, family instability, housing difficulties, or simply need support to move forward, you'll find a compassionate, non-judgmental space here.
Our weekly sessions provide safe, peer-supported spaces for individuals to come together in an environment free from judgment. Facilitated by trained, trauma-informed support workers.
These sessions are open to individuals at any stage of their recovery or wellbeing journey. You don't need to have everything figured out to walk through the door.
Weekly Trauma-Informed Support Sessions
Each session focuses on:
● Emotional wellbeing and recovery stability
● Confidence-building and healthy coping strategies
● Reducing isolation and building community
● Emotional regulation and self-awareness
● Practical guidance and signposting
Recovery rebuild programme
Support following relapse or unsuccessful rehabilitation.
We understand that recovery is not always a straight line. Many individuals leave rehabilitation feeling hopeful, only to struggle when they return home, facing isolation, triggers, unstable environments, or a lack of ongoing support.
We believe relapse does not mean failure.
Our 3-Month Recovery Rebuild Programme provides structured, compassionate, trauma-informed support for individuals who need continued encouragement and guidance after rehabilitation or relapse.
Each session focuses on:
● Weekly one-to-one recovery support
● Trauma-informed emotional wellbeing support
● Relapse prevention and stability planning
● Recovery coaching and confidence-building
● Practical support and advocacy
● Referrals to specialist services and recovery pathways
● Support attending appointments and meetings
● Family wellbeing and relationship support
● Community reintegration guidance
● Long-term recovery pathway planning
Many women struggling with addiction, trauma, mental health difficulties, domestic abuse, or emotional hardship continue to suffer in silence due to stigma, shame, fear, or previous negative experiences with services.
Our women's services provide compassionate, trauma-informed spaces where women feel genuinely safe, heard, and respected.
